What you’ll do
We are looking for an exceptional Community Builder to join our growing team. You’ll take charge of creating, nurturing, engaging, and growing our CloudEagle IT community.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as industry leaders and influencers, networking groups, community members, schools.
- Manage the recruitment of community members via social media, digital channels, and referrals.
Create content, moderate and answer community member questions to stimulate engagement and activity within the community.
Plan and execute community engagement strategies (online and offline – including events).
Track the outcomes of community activities and report on insights.
Contribute to the team by supporting the execution of any additional tasks as needed.
2+ years of experience in B2B community management, events planning, social media marketing/PR.
Experience supporting B2B technology community initiatives preferred, such as open-source, API, or SaaS.
Proficient with social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout) is a plus.
Excellent copywriting and presentation skills.
Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
Data-driven, with razor-sharp attention to detail.
Proven success in delivering measurable results.
