Now that October has come to a close, we would like to showcase the newest features that our product team has implemented. This past month has been especially thrilling as we have enhanced our integration capabilities and data upload features. We are elated to share these improvements with you.

Manual user data upload

Are you tracking your users via spreadsheets? Don’t worry; this new release has a data upload feature to help you manually upload user metadata from your spreadsheets to the CloudEagle platform.

App usage data 

Users can change the Default settings to show the app usage. You can now see both SSO usage & Direct Integration usage based on the priority set in Admin → Settings tab or at the User level (Application → License Management tab → License Management setting).

Direct integrations 

We’re excited to release individual deeper direct integration with Conga, Lucidspark, Docusign, Lessonly & Intercom, to name a few. Do you need deeper insights from any of your apps? Let us know, and we’ll prioritize them for you.
