Job description

If you are someone from the Computer Science domain or related fields and interested in being a Product Manager, this is your opportunity to experience work at a fast-growing, YC-backed, Silicon Valley tech startup, CloudEagle. We are looking for folks who are self-driven, have a problem-solving and analytical mind, want to learn and grow, are comfortable, and are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of one or more solutions provided by CloudEagle.
  • Assist customers in implementing and adopting these solutions. Track detailed adoption metrics and ensure the product consistently delivers long-term benefits to customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the relevant domain. Promptly resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Identify customer pain points, gather feedback, and provide insights to enhance these solutions. Serve as the customer's voice in product discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing relevant metrics.
  • Create help documentation and videos for our Help Center to support customers.
  • Prepare and maintain demo environments for the Sales team.

Preferred Skills

  • Be in the final year or already passed out of college
  • Belong to Computer Science or related fields
  • Possess basic knowledge of programming
  • You must be available to start the internship immediately
