Responsibilities
- Strategic and Operational Initiatives: Partner with the founders to drive both strategic and day-to-day operational projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. You will need to switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Program Management: Lead and program manage our Finance, fundraising, investor, sales & Marketing efforts. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives to boost growth, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
- Hiring Key Candidates: Assist in identifying and recruiting top talent for critical roles within the company.
Process and People Change: Drive organizational change initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes and improving overall efficiency. This involves assessing current practices, recommending improvements, and implementing new procedures to support company growth.

A minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience and an MBA are required.
