Description

The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS businesses from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10. The major focus will be on customer acquisition,positioning our products on the website, and driving marketing efforts to drive lead gen. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, inbound demand generation, SEO, paid ads or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage multi-channel (Website, email, ads, socials) campaigns to drive new customer acquisitions. 
  • Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, PR, and partnerships to expand market reach. 
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Regularly report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead, grow and mentor a high-performing team. 
  • Set clear goals and performance recommendations and provide ongoing feedback and support.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, inbound demand generation, or a similar role within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of helping companies scale. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, sales, and customer success strategies.
  • Proficiency with growth tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
