Additionally, automated user account deprovisioning enhancements include user alerts before deactivation, enabling users to reset inactivity timers or opt out. An audit trail tracks all deprovisioning activities and user/admin actions for accountability.

The UX upgrade of the workflow management system makes it more intuitive, efficient, and easy for users to navigate and interact with.
