1.1 Management of Multiple Contracts for the Same Vendor or Application: Streamlines contract management by allowing organizations to efficiently handle multiple contracts associated with the same vendor or application. This ensures a comprehensive view of all engagements and facilitates better coordination and decision-making.
1.2 Publishing Contract Information Using Metadata: Enhances accessibility and searchability by allowing contract information to be published using metadata, eliminating the need for PDF documents. This makes it easier for stakeholders to find relevant contract information and reduces reliance on manual document searches.
1.3 Centralized Management of Master Contracts: Provides centralized management of master contracts specific to each application, ensuring consistency and compliance across engagements. This central repository simplifies contract management and reduces the risk of errors or discrepancies.
1.4 Inline Editing of Contract Information: Enables users to edit contract information directly at the application or vendor level, improving efficiency and accuracy. This capability streamlines the contract management process and facilitates quick updates as needed.
1.5 Dedicated Tools for Managing Renewal Dates: Provides dedicated tools for managing renewal dates and processes at the application or vendor level, ensuring timely action and compliance. This feature helps organizations stay ahead of contract renewals and avoid potential disruptions or penalties.
1.6 Enhancements to Recommendations and Automated Workflows: Improves recommendations and automated workflows by incorporating audit logging in ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Asana. This allows organizations to track actions and changes made within the ticketing system, enhancing transparency and accountability.
2. Employee Provisioning and Deprovisioning upgrade
2.1 Customizable Provisioning Rules: Provide flexibility for customers to define provisioning rules based on the hire date and account creation date. Customers can specify the timing and conditions under which new user accounts should be provisioned.
2.2 Enhancing Automated User Account Deprovisioning: Enhancements to automatically deactivate inactive user accounts for a set duration included setting up user alerts before their accounts were scheduled for deactivation.
This allows users to take action, like logging in to reset the inactivity timer or opting out of deactivation by responding to alerts. The enhancement also included maintaining an audit trail of auto-deprovisioning activities and any related actions administrators or users took.
3. UX Upgrades Across Dashboards, Workflows, & Reports
3.1 Workflows: The workflow UX upgrade focuses on enhancing the user experience (UX) of the workflow management system, making it more intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users to navigate and interact with.
3.2 Dashboard: Redesigning the user interface to be clean, intuitive, and visually appealing, with clear navigation paths and easy-to-understand icons and controls.
3.3 Reports: Added the ability for the users to filter the reports based on CloudEagle's value pillars.
